the last sunset

Hey all...
Today was quite a bad day for me.
I will kip tis post short cos i nid to
rest as im sick.

Ok first of all, had napha test-2.4km run
Quite dissapointed cos i slowed down.
Timing became 12.53 mins frm 11 min++
last time.

Den after napha test, i started to feel tired n
my body started to ache.
However i still wen for CIP at Ju Eng old folks
home as i wanted to get it done n over wif.

Talked to a few old folks dere.
On the way back to sch, i started to hav headache.
So i came home n rested n wen to see the doc after tat.
Found out tat i had a fever of 38.1 degrees!
wow reli high.

So i took MC n most tentatively, wont b goin to
sch tmr unless i feel better.
