Today i witnessed the birth of 7 baby hamsters!!
I was so shocked cos the lady who sold the hamsters to
me said that both were females!
It all started wen i heard some strange noises.
Den wen i checked it again a while later, i saw some red stuffs
at one corner of the cage.
At first i tot they were maggots but wen i looked again
i found out that they were babies!
I was so nervous and excited at the same time.
I called mum and dad to tell them the news.
they were shocked as well.
i decided to go to Grace's house to practice piano as
i didnt wan to disturb the hamsters.
Wen there for lunch and practiced for a bit before
Ben called me.
He said that he wanna come my house to play games.
So i returned home and he came a short while after.
Played till mum came home.
I checked on the hamsters again and saw that one of the babies
was seperated frm the rest and covered wif the beding.
So i used my hand to push away the beding and see whether its still alive.
Wrong move man...
After a while i found out that it was missing.
I called Zhiyang to ask him for advice since his work concerns
this type of stuff.
He told me that the mum had eaten the baby cos my scent wen onto
the pup.
I told him that i had seperated the male from the others and he said that
it was a wrong move too.
He also gave me lots of advice but said that i should call the shop
to ask as they are the most professional.
So im left wif 6 hamsters but wen i checked again jus now,
I found that there was another one missing!
OMG!!! Now left wif 5!
I really hope that its hidden somewhere in the beding....
